As a non-profit educational and artistic enterprise, the Midland Film Institute is established to provide leadership, knowledge and skill in the art and science of movie making for creative individuals - both young and old - in West Texas. As an institute, our vision is to instruct and empower future filmmakers with the foundational education and creative insight that produces capable, concerned and innovative citizens who work effectively in creative environments within both business and the arts.
